What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- All videos you have created and uploaded
- Project files, drafts, and media assets
- Voiceovers and audio files
- Connected social media account tokens
- Usage history and preferences
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained for legal and business purposes:
- Transaction records for tax and legal compliance (up to 7 years)
- Anonymized analytics data
- Data required by law enforcement or legal proceedings
